I tried lovepicker.com, and from my perspective, it just didn’t really match what I thought I was signing up for. After using it a bit, I decided it wasn’t for me and put in a refund request.

The refund process was the frustrating part for me. I had to reach out to support more than once, and the replies felt slow. They did get back to me eventually, but it felt like I had to keep following up to make anything happen.
I did get my money back in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, in my opinion, a refund shouldn’t take that much chasing, so overall it was a disappointing experience.

The chat kept lagging, and a few messages just never showed up at all. Really annoying. Made it hard to have a normal conversation with anyone on there

I mean, the signup process was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and by the time I finally got through it, I was already annoyed

I tried signing up on lovepicker.com and got stuck at the verification step way longer than I expected. I uploaded everything they asked for, waited around, and then it still showed me as not verified with no real explanation. Support took forever to get back too. I remember sitting there refreshing the page while eating a weirdly dry blueberry muffin, wondering why proving I’m a real person was taking days. In the end, I just gave up.

At first the site looked simple enough, but once I actually started using it, it got frustrating fast. The buttons weren’t super clear and I kept clicking around just trying to find basic stuff, which got old quick.
Some pages loaded kinda weird too, like things were out of place or just messy. On my phone it was even worse way too much scrolling and guessing where stuff was supposed to be.

I ended up giving up after a bit because it just didn’t feel easy to use at all. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but imo the interface needs a lot of fixing

I reached out to support a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s annoying, honestly. I get that things can get busy, but even a quick update would help. I keep checking my inbox, then forgetting about it, then getting annoyed all over again...

I put in a complaint and it just went round and round. The replies took ages, and when they did come, they didn’t really answer nothing. In the end, nothing got sorted out, so I can’t give more than 1 star
